The Mission of Precious People International

Precious People International exists to touch people with godly deeds and the spoken Gospel so that they would become committed followers of Jesus Christ.

How is this mission accomplished?

Social evangelism — providing food, clothing and other necessities for the needy to demonstrate the love of God to them

Training leaders of the church — providing training to church leaders and laypeople so they can evangelize their neighborhoods and effectively disciple new believers

Evangelistic meetings — touching the lost and hurting with the love of God by proclaiming the Gospel in evangelistic meetings, large and small. There the hopeless are infused with the hope found only in Jesus.

Mission teams - coordinating teams to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the mission fields of America and other countries

From this STEM sprouts the mission of Precious People International.

The heart of Precious People International is to tell all people around the world that they are of great value to God.

In early July of 2004, Precious People had the opportunity to do just that in the Philippines. The founder was part of a ministry project to Mindanao, Southern Philippines. The team he was with held a rally on two different Saturdays in Tandag, Mindanao to teach and to energize hundreds of young people to evangelize people in their places of association.

Many of the youth at the rallies had never once shared the Gospel, but with some help and encouragement from our team they stepped out and began to witness. As a result, over 200 people were led to the Lord!
